My name is Steven Northcutt and I am a second-generation craftsman. My Uncle had a General Contracting Business of his own and I began working alongside him at the age of 16. We remodeled all the family homes we lived in, built houses from the ground up and worked in commercial construction as well. I continued in the construction trade completing my Associates degree in CAD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) 2010 followed by a bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences (Construction Management) 2012. Since then I have spent a large amount of my time in commercial construction with some years in residential.
In addition to the above experience, I have completed countless projects on my own home as well as residential/commercial projects across the U.S. I am well versed in many things, as small as cleaning gutters, large as adding onto a house and anything in between.
I see a need for ACE HANDYMAN SERVICES since so many people have commented on the fact that they cannot find someone who has expertise and is reliable. The top priorities for my clients are:
1) Reliability: I'll show up when I say I will, and I'll stay until the job is done to your specifications.
2) Expertise: As you can see from the above experience, I am well suited to complete your job. I have 20+ years carpentry experience in construction, remodeling, and home maintenance.
3) An Enjoyable Project: Construction projects of any kind can become a stressful experience. I will work alongside you to make your experience as enjoyable as possible by communicating, keeping a clean work area, working efficiently and being considerate of your needs.
I enjoy teaching my 6 and 7-year-old girls about building, creating, taking care of each other and ourselves. We like to learn about our diets and try new dishes although the girls would be fine with corndogs and macaroni. My girls call me the fixer because I enjoy trying to rebuild, repair, and create something from their broken toys!
