Mr. Guglielmi advised U.S. companies on international business strategies, as well as foreign policy and economic/commercial factors germane to the successful conduct of multinational business operations. Mr. Guglielmi has over 20 years of business and diplomatic experience. David has achieved dramatic results and established a robust record for crafting solutions to complex real estate problems and brings that same passion and energy to your home improvement project.

Elena is a renowned interior designer, consultant, color coordinator and entrepreneur. The first of her Russian family to arrive in the United States, Elena learned the ropes of home decor from her experiences running Malibu Staging and forming the start-up company, Bella Bath, with her husband, David. As a result, Elena developed a love for design and, today, is known for her eclectic way of mixing luxury and affordable pieces for a unique home aesthetic. Joyce has been with Ace Handyman Services since 2022. She has been in the customer service field for over 30 years. She believes that customer service is one of the most important aspects in any company. Helping people and solving problems is more important to her than making money. She believes this grows a company faster than anything else. People always want to come back when they know we value them and their projects. She has been taught to work hard but with great morals and values. Outside of work, Joyce really enjoys putting together contemporary Christian music and roller skating.

Diana joined Ace Handyman Services in December of 2022. She is an experienced administrative assistant proficient in all the Microsoft programs and QuickBooks. For more than 35 years, Diana has had the pleasure of utilizing her customer service and marketing skills with several large General Contractors located in northwest Illinois and southern Missouri. In her free time, Diana enjoys helping out at her local church, meeting with friends and line dancing.

Robin retired from 20 years of teaching and began a new career with ACE Handyman Services. She has been married for 39 years to a fishing/hunting carpenter and has 4 daughters and 5 sons. Four of those sons make their living in the construction industry, so she hears a lot about the building trades. Robin spends her free time reading and keeping up with her kids and 10 grandchildren. She loves to travel and hates winter and all things cold and frozen.

Nelson is a second-generation Craftsman with over 20 years of experience. He has won numerous awards for his customer service skill and tradesmanship. Nelson has lived in Reston for many years. His favorites activities are cooking with his family, walking his children to school and listening to his daughter play violin. Nelson is an expert carpenter.

Gilberto is a devoted family man having lived in Alexandria for over 20 years. He comes to us after serving as the Maintenance Superintendent at a large local bank with over 20 branches in four counties. Gilberto is an early riser and loves his work. He is a multi-skilled Craftsman with dozens of years of experience in all aspects of home improvement. In his free time, he loves training his dogs, going to the beach, cooking and taking his Ford F-250 to truck shows.

Elbert has been doing Craftsman work for many years and has worked with many different people. Customers say he's very easy to communicate with and puts his heart into what he does. He understands that this kind of work takes commitment and strength so he keeps himself in shape and always shows up to the job. When Elbert is not working with Ace Handyman Services he really enjoys trying out new restaurants in town. The second favorite thing is going home and just "chilling".
