This is where it all started, the original location, and the foundation on which Artem has since grown Ace Handyman Services into a three-location operation across the Triangle.
As a real estate investor with active holdings in the Raleigh-Durham market, Artem has genuine stakes in this community beyond the business. Dan Giacomazzi is the co-owner of Ace Handyman Services Greater Triangle and Johnston County, working to serve homeowners across Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Knightdale, and Johnston County since April 2022.
Dan came to the home services industry from a career in analytics and finance, including time at The Hartford where he worked as a Performance Analytics Consultant building operational metrics, identifying process gaps, and delivering recommendations to senior leadership. He holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. That background is directly visible in how the Greater Triangle operation runs: scheduling that holds, communication that doesn't drop, and a team held accountable to consistent standards on every job.
