Roelof Nel is the owner of ACE Handyman Services North Seattle, proudly serving homeowners throughout North Seattle, Lake Forest Park, Shoreline, and surrounding areas. As a local resident and small business owner, Roelof combines his passion for quality craftsmanship with a strong commitment to the communities he serves.
With years of leadership experience and a focus on exceptional customer service, Roelof ensures every project is completed professionally, on time, and to ACE’s high standards. Whether it’s a small home repair, routine maintenance, or a larger home improvement project, he believes homeowners deserve clear communication, honest guidance, and dependable results.

Mick is a lead craftsman with more than thirty years of experience in the trades. He works on a variety of handyman services including carpentry, deck repair, cabinetry installation, and general home improvement projects. Mick enjoys helping homeowners improve the functionality and appearance of their homes. Outside of work he enjoys writing and spending time with his family. He holds an English literature degree from Seattle Pacific University.
Elliot
Lead Craftsman
Elliot is a lead craftsman with more than fifteen years of experience in the trades and has trained as an electrical journeyman. As a handyman generalist, he works on electrical repairs, home maintenance projects, and technical troubleshooting for homeowners. Elliot began working with electrical projects and woodworking as a teenager growing up locally in Renton. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, skateboarding, and spending time with his family.
Dustin
Craftsman
Dustin is a craftsman with more than ten years of firsthand experience in the trades. He assists homeowners with home repair, maintenance, and improvement projects throughout Seattle. Known for his attention to detail and dependable work, Dustin brings practical problem-solving skills to each job. Dustin, a US Air Force veteran, proudly served for more than ten years. He currently studies full time at a local university while balancing spending time with his family.
Billy
Craftsman
Billy is a craftsman with Ace Handyman Services North Seattle and brings more than forty years of experience in the trades. As a skilled handyman generalist, he helps homeowners complete a wide variety of home repair and improvement projects. Billy particularly enjoys tile installation and repair work and takes pride in delivering durable results for homeowners. Outside of work, Billy enjoys spending time with his family and baking sweet treats for friends.

Office Manager
Heather Green is the Office Manager at Ace Handyman Services North Seattle and is excited to be part of the team. She brings more than 8 years of management experience, 5 years of dispatching experience in the HVAC, plumbing, and propane industries, and over 15 years of customer service experience.
Originally from Oregon, Heather has called Washington home for the past 8 years. Outside of work, she enjoys watching basketball and football, fishing, and spending time at the beach. She is also a proud mother of two: her daughter works as a Marketing Manager in Oregon, and her son is attending Arizona State University, where he is studying biochemistry with plans to pursue a career in forensics.
Heather looks forward to supporting the Ace Handyman Services North Seattle team and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Zyleisha
Customer Service Rep
Scott is a craftsman with more than twenty-five years of experience in the trades. He works on home repair, maintenance, roofing related projects, and solar related work for homeowners. Scott enjoys helping homeowners maintain and improve their homes with reliable service and practical solutions. Outside of work he enjoys outdoor recreation sports with his dogs and wife, who is an active-duty US Coast Guard member.

At Ace Handyman Services North Seattle, we believe every workplace benefits from a little extra joy, and our “pawfessional” office dogs help greet visitors, boost morale, and keep the atmosphere friendly for both staff and customers alike.
We have our regular canine team...
Bella, our six-year-old chocolate Labrador and our Calm and Comfort Director, helps maintain a relaxed environment and reminds everyone to take a moment to smile.
Nala, our one-year-old English Collie mix and our Chief Happiness Officer, is one of our full-time office dogs, known for her energetic greetings and spontaneous fun.
And we have our occasional canine team...
Davey, our neighbor’s Golden Retriever and honorary Director of Golden Good Vibes, loves visiting for playful romps with Nala and spreading instant sunshine wherever he goes.
Charlie Brown, a four-year-old Australian Labradoodle and Visiting Play Coordinator, encourages teamwork and quick, energizing play breaks.
Jessie, a one-year-old Corgi show dog, occasionally visits and brings extra excitement and personality.
