Meet The TEAM

Brandon grew up in Central Virginia and spent time working as a farm hand until beginning his career in law enforcement outside of the DC area in 2012. He later relocated to the place he now calls home in the Outer Banks, NC. where he spent time working as a Police Officer and Police Sergeant in a local jurisdiction. Brandon brings a lot of experience to the table in his attention to detail, his ability to communicate with customers, and his servant-based leadership. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with Morgan and their three kids, fishing, and enjoying the beach.

Morgan grew up in Virginia but the Outer Banks was their family vacation destination all her life and having family here already, the choice to move here was easy. Morgan's background is in horticulture and agriculture but took time off to stay at home with her three children. Morgan brings a lot of experience to the table in her ability to problem solve, communicate, and most importantly provide selfless care to the team. In her free time, Morgan enjoys fishing, and spending time with her family on the beach.
