Steve is a native of Western Washington. His company transferred him to Arkansas in 1984, where he met his wife Annette. He left a career in lumber, wood flooring, and millwork manufacturing to open Ace Handyman Services NW Arkansas. His hobbies are backpacking and woodworking.
Tiffany has been a key employee in the office since 2014, and was promoted to Office Manager in 2015. She has many years of experience in customer service, insurance, and office administration. She enjoys kayaking, darts, camping, and any outdoors activity. She grew up in Fayetteville, where she still resides.
Cole is a native Arkansan currently residing in Fayetteville with her 3 children and 70lb fur baby. She has 20 years of experience in customer service and office operations in the construction, medical, food service, and educational fields. When not busy with the kids and fur baby, she enjoys reading, writing, camping, and being crafty. As well as being a self-proclaimed Harry Potter nerd.
Mike has been a Craftsman for the company since 2010 and has 40 years of construction and remodeling experience. He hails from Chicago originally. He has advanced expertise in framing and finish carpentry, and is a key bath remodel professional for the company.
Jeff has been with Ace Handyman Services since 2009. Jeff hails originally from Iowa, but moved to Arkansas in 1991. He enjoys golf and fishing in his spare time. His construction and remodeling experience ranges over 40 years, and he has special expertise in bath remodeling and tiling. He is also knowledgeable in deck design and construction. He lives with his family in Bella Vista.
David has been a craftsman for Ace Handyman Services since 2015 specializing in trim carpentry and decks. He was born in Los Angeles, but his family moved to Arkansas in 1976. David is a dedicated family man and says his Christian beliefs guide his business activities. He enjoys golf in his spare time, and loves doing projects for clients.
Santiago joined the team in 2017. He has extensive construction activity under his belt, and loves every aspect. He enjoys soccer, church activities, and spending time with family. He resides in Springdale.
Nathan is a native of Kansas, where he graduated from high school. He has over 30 years of construction experience, and is a trim carpentry expert. When not doing home improvements, he enjoys woodworking, welding, and riding motorcycles. He hails from Pea Ridge.
Johnny Kerns is from Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. It's known for being the oldest town in the state. He has been in construction for over 40 years, including time as a superintendent. He and his wife have resided in Springdale since 2016. The Kerns have 5 children and 9 grandchildren, and enjoy camping, fishing, hiking and greenway biking. Johnny writes Christian music and performs funny parodies of older contemporary music.
