Fearless leader and chief projects officer, Michele is passionate about getting homeowner projects done so that customers can love their homes. While swinging a hammer is not in her repertoire, she can be found visiting the craftsman on job sites in between meetings.

When she's not working (or chauffeuring her teenage girls), she's probably working on renovating her log cabin and hopes to one day be able to sit on the porch and read a book!

Montana truly encompasses "Customer Service with a Smile"! Head of office customer service, Montana loves working with people and making sure day to day processes are flowing smoothly. She figures out how to solve problems for customers and works with the field team to ensure that projects are done right, and every customer is taken care of!

Sabrina is our head of scheduling and dispatch and treats every single customer with care! Sabrina makes sure to ask a lot of questions before booking job to ensure that the right Craftsman is dispatched for your job. Sabrina also brings 10+ years of customer service and dispatch experience to the company and is truly a great asset to our team!

Josh is a master of many trades and really enjoys carpentry work. With 20+ years of residential remodel and troubleshooting experience, he is a great problem solver for any home project! Josh enjoys working with his hands and delivers on-time projects with high quality. He truly is the go-to guy - great at figuring out how to solve problems and providing options to our customers.

Chris is an exceptional carpenter who takes pride in everything he does! He is very meticulous, thinks through every project before he starts, and will walk you through the process of what needs to be done to complete the project professionally before he starts! Chris is the guy you want in the Richmond metro area if you've got wood projects.

Markus, aka "Mr. Flexible", can do just about any project out there! Not only will he do it right, but he will do the work with high quality. He knows what to do and does it right. While Markus can lead an entire bathroom renovation himself, he is also great for to-do lists and small jobs!

Master of many trades, Paul has 30+ years of experience in residential maintenance and repairs. He is very thorough and able to solve problems after other contractors have tried - Paul is the solutions man. If you've got a problem, Paul will put on his thinking cap and solve that problem for you!
