Hey! I’m Ashley, the office manager here at AHS. Originally from across the river in Jonesboro, Illinois, I made the move to Southeast Missouri after getting married to my husband in 2017. One of the things I love most about SEMO is the balance it strikes between offering a variety of local businesses, people, and activities—without feeling like a big city. It’s a place that people seek out to live, and I’m proud to call it home.
In my role at AHS, I’m behind the scenes, handling everything from scheduling and coordinating with customers to keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. What I enjoy most is the variety of work I get to do, as well as the opportunity to connect with our amazing customers. Building relationships with people is something I truly value—whether it’s helping them navigate home projects or simply making sure they feel heard and supported throughout the process.
What really motivates me is knowing that AHS is committed to making a difference in the community. We’re focused on offering reliable, skilled repairs at a commercial level, all while keeping things genuine and human—no fluff, no deceit. We want to be the type of company that’s trusted for honesty, hard work, and service that always feels like a helping hand from a neighbor.
Outside of work, you can find me enjoying SEMO’s parks, the River Walk, or at home with my family working on our mini farm. After all, my little family is what fills my heart, and the work I do with AHS helps me stay engaged with the community I love. Being part of a team that values family and authenticity is what makes coming to work every day a rewarding experience.
