Jessi is a proud mother of four daughters and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters. Born and raised in Traverse City, she comes from a large, close-knit family with deep ties to the local community. With over two decades of experience, Jessi has worn many hats—managing events like “Concerts on the Lawn,” coordinating volunteers, organizing fundraisers, and stepping in wherever needed, from IT and MDS to therapy services. She retired from Grand Traverse Pavilions, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and versatility. Jessi’s roots run deep in the racing world, having grown up at the racetrack working on cars and racecars. That passion continues as she actively supports her youngest daughter in racing, taekwondo, volleyball, cheerleading, violin, choir, and honors classes. Whether she’s cheering at a race, relaxing by the lake, or spending quality time with her family, Jessi’s life is filled with energy, love, and community spirit.

Stephen brings over 18 years of diverse professional experience spanning office administration, customer service, and manufacturing. With four years in office administration, he has developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that keep operations running smoothly. He also has over 10 years of customer service experience, with a large portion of that time spent in the home service industry, where he built a reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, Stephen has four years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, giving him a well-rounded perspective and a strong work ethic. Known for being reliable, adaptable, and driven, he takes pride in his ability to learn quickly and tackle new challenges with confidence. Stephen is always eager to grow, contribute, and take on new opportunities that expand his skillset while adding value to any organization.

Sophia is a proud Traverse City native, born and raised in the local community she continues to call home. With a professional background in the hospitality industry, she brings a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to every interaction.
Sophia values supporting local businesses and enjoys spending her free time exploring Northern Michigan’s natural beauty. Whether she’s hiking area trails, soaking in the outdoors, or discovering a new favorite dish or coffee spot, she embraces everything the region has to offer. Coming from a large Traverse City family, she has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for connecting with others.

He is currently studying Marine Engineering at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy, where he is building advanced technical knowledge to support a career in marine and mechanical systems.

He takes pride in seeing jobs through to completion and is known for his can‑do attitude and dependable workmanship. Bernie’s favorite projects include ceilings, flooring, and walls, and he enjoys transforming spaces to look and function their best.

Phillip brings over 26 years of hands-on experience in the trades, combining technical expertise with a genuine passion for improving homes. As a certified Arborist and Landscape Architect, he offers a well‑rounded understanding of both structural and outdoor environments, making him especially effective at whole‑property projects and updates. Phillip is driven by problem‑solving, quality workmanship, and helping homeowners bring their ideas to life. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys gardening, drone photography, and spending time outdoors—interests that reflect his appreciation for detail, nature, and thoughtful design.
