Cliff provides leadership and vision to the Ace Handyman Services West Austin team. Cliff is a native Texan who has spent 24 years in a customer service company. After a 4 year enlistment in the Marine Corps, Cliff went to work for a company that services laundry equipment. He loved the camaraderie of the organization and the satisfaction of improving the customer experience. While looking into a franchise to start, Cliff found that Ace Handyman Services values lined up with his. His experience gave him a deep appreciation for how service can improve the quality of lives in our community.

Monica has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years with over 4 years of that time in management. She enjoys helping customers with their needs and has a passion for the service industry.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and enjoying what Austin has to offer.

Garrett has been in Construction for 4 years and has specialized in Carpentry for 2 years. He is excited to join the Ace Handyman Services Team and is looking forward to providing great customer service. When he is not working, he enjoys kayaking and mountain biking.
