Brian Wigutow is committed to customer service and employee appreciation and employs these ideals everyday workings of Ace Handyman Services. Connecting with customers from the first phone call by listening and identifying their needs, Brian teams the right craftsman for the job by recognizing that all craftsmen have their "specialty" areas. Encouraging continuing education and providing training opportunities for his employees is just one way Brian establishes his loyalty to customer service as well as the home repair industry. And of course Customer service doesn't end when the job is complete. Brian believes in following up with every customer and asking them about their experience. These results help Ace Handyman Services improve and grow as a company, which allows us to compliment the communities we serve. The better educated the team is, the better service we can provide. Rose is our office manager, and there isn't much she likes more than getting to know our customers. In addition to customer service, she also keeps track of scheduling, estimates, follow-up trips, and most importantly, keeps the office running smoothly. She treats every customer with the utmost care and strives to make sure they are glad they called Ace Handyman Services. Rose understands communication is key and enjoys determining what the customer needs and coordinating the best craftsmen for the tasks.

Rich has been with Ace Handyman Services for over ten years. He is an excellent carpenter and master tile installer. He is skilled with deck repair, pressure washing, and staining. Rich was a professional wrestler throughout the 90's. He was recognized nationally as Craftsman of the Year in 2019!
