Kevin Bates, father and Bay Area native turned hardware entrepreneur offers his over 35 years of customer service experience to Brentwood. Spending the last 4 years as the manager of ACE Hardware of Brentwood, he has implemented community-based days, constantly raised yearly Children's Hospital donations, and focused in on those in store as well. With a keen eye for the needs of those around him, Kevin found there was also a need for a reliable, friendly, and honest Handyman. He even operates as one from time to time for elderly customers with simple needs he can accomplish. Now he would like to proudly introduce in conjunction with business partner Aaron Rogelstad, Brentwood ACE Handyman Services. He would like to thank his family for all their support in building this community.

Jessica Chandler is an Office Manager who helps her customers with getting small home repairs completed by trustworthy and competent Craftsman at Ace Handyman Services in Brentwood. Jessica has been exposed to a variety of home repairs and is sensitive to the needs of her clients. She's been known to be pretty handy with her own tool box for building of furniture and small repair needs for herself or her children. She takes the time to work with her team of contractors to provide reliable service for the repairs her clients require.
Jessica believes verbal and written communication skills are not only fundamental to customer care but are also the building blocks to strong and healthy human relationships. Some of the comments from her clients reflect their appreciation for the communication and caring manner provided.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences as she was a provider of Physical Therapy for 25 years. Jessica has dedicated her life to helping others improve their health, and now she is helping others to improve their homes. Customer care is second nature to Jessica, and her clients know it.
Jessica is a single mother of 4 children; therefore, is talented at mufti-tasking and organizing. When she is not hanging out with her kids, she enjoys reading, watching movies, and her passion of photography. Landscape photography is her favorite, due to the serenity her camera lens can express.

Richard Ray was born and raised in Antioch, California. He attended Antioch High School and went onto college at Point Loma in southern California. He developed his love of building and carpentry as a youngster helping his father remodel and add on to their family home. Later he helped to include a nice bonus room with a shop below. After attending college, he returned to Antioch where he opted to take an apprenticeship with the Local Carpenter's Union 152 after which he became a Journeyman. He went on to obtain his General Building Contractors License and has worked on many commercial and residential projects over the years. These included retail store remodels, new home construction, and many extensive remodels in the Piedmont, Berkely, Orinda, Lafayette, Rossmoor, and Walnut Creek areas of the East Bay. While working full time he also attended Los Medanos College nights taking courses for trade certification in many aspects of industrial, commercial, and residential electrical. His background is extensive, and he enjoys using his skills to help friends, neighbors, and his community. He is enjoying this newest phase of his construction journey working for Ace Handyman Services where he can meet with new people using his talents to help provide them with excellent home repairs and related services.

Aaron is a native Northern Californian moving to the Bay Area in 1998. His father got him started doing mechanical work and different miscellaneous repairs from a young age. From what started as just being a helper for his father, doing things around the house, soon slowly grew into a passion for working with his hands and repairing and/or building a little bit of everything he could think of.
Aaron still carries that passion with him today and his work ethics, customer service skills, and ability to complete several different tasks and repair a variety of equipment in multiple trades of residential services makes him a perfect match for Ace Handyman Services. Since he prides himself on doing good, clean jobs as correctly and efficiently as possible.

Aaron's passion to help people began as a young teen when his father began bringing him to work with him at Ace Hardware. Over the years the family business has gone from being a part time job, to a full-time job, to being a major part of his family's lives. Along that journey the learning that has taken place about the Ace name and how it represents value, commitment, and integrity. It is more important than ever today that we put emphasis on these values, and that is why I am so excited to bring the Ace name into the homes of people in our community with the Ace Handyman business. There is a great need for home services that include the standards that accompany the Ace name, and Aaron is beyond thrilled to have this opportunity to answer that calling in our area.
