The Saratoga Home Show is this weekend, March 1st and 2nd, at the Saratoga City Center! We'll be at booth E-5, right in the middle of the floor. Come see us, and while you're there, meet Keith from CleanGreen Removal and Hauling, and Larry from YardWork-n-More, as well as lots of other folks (I'm looking at you, Nothing Bundt Cakes).Looking forward to it!
Capital Region Home Show!!
The AHS TEAM spent Saturday the 3rd and Sunday the 4th at the Capital Region Home Show held at the Albany Capital Center. It was great to get to meet so many of the residents of the Capital Area, stretching from Altamont to Castleton, and Queensbury to Saugerties! We talked to folks from Slingerlands, Loudonville, Latham, Averill Park, Schenectady, Albany, Colonie, and so many others. Bethany had the chance to catch up with people she hasn't seen in years, including her oldest son's School Counselor from Cohoes, and her cohort in crime from years past who hails from Catskill. We gave away a free Basic Package to our lucky winner. Lee Northup, and we spread the word about the Value of Ace Handyman Services all weekend long!
We're excited for next month at the Saratoga Home Show, and getting to meet more folks there!

We’re starting to notice as we’re browsing social media that there seem to be a lot of people these days that are strapping on their tool belts and calling themselves handymen because they’ve worked in the trades.
This is somewhat expected as Tradesmen are laid-off from their “regular” jobs, or they find their hours being cut as work slows down. It can also be someone who doesn’t work in the Trades, just looking to earn a little extra during the cold months. Those listings may be eye-catching and tempting because they’ll offer their services “at really inexpensive prices” or “at a discounted rate”. The question becomes whether those inexpensive services are really *inexpensive*, once you’ve had your service done.
- Will that handyman be around in two months?
- Will that handyman call you back?
- Does that handyman warranty their work?
- Does that handyman carry insurance to protect you as the homeowner?
You may never think about these things, and we hope you’ll never need to, but the only way to be sure if the value is truly there is by choosing the Handyman you can trust to be your Home Ally.
AHS Celebrates Ladies' Night at Robinson's Ace Hardware and Garden Center
The relationships we've built with the local Ace Retailers means so much to the TEAM here at AHS Capital District Saratoga Region. We were invited to the 4th Annual Ladies' Night at Robinson's Ace Hardware and Garden Center in Slingerlands, NY. Much fun was had by all who attended, and Santa stopped by for a visit, too. Look for the next event in December 2024, and join us there!

Exciting news! Ace Handyman Services Capital District Saratoga Region is now authroized by Weber to assemble and do warranty work on their product lines. If you purchase a new Genesis, Spirit, or Summit grill and you want some help with assembly, give us a call and we'll be glad to bring Helpful to your Home!

AHS Capital District Saratoga Region Goes to the Chamber Mixer!
We mixed it up at the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce Business to Business Mixer on Thursday, October 12th at the Gideon-Putnam HotelOwen and Bethany participated in a great networking event coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce. Attended by so many local businesses, we were able to make some great contacts and find business partners to refer our customers to when we can't help them ourselves. It's great to be a part of the Saratoga County family!
Ace Handyman Services Capital District Saratoga Region Ribbon Cutting!
On September 28th, AHS Capital District Saratoga Region celebrated our 3-month anniversary with a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony!We were joined by Senator Jim Tedisco and a rep from Assemblywoman MaryBeth Walsh's office. The Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce supported the day, along with many other local business owners. Other members of the Ace family of businesses were also onhand to celebrate the day!
