What Can We Do?
We are often asked what home maintenance and improvement projects we can do. At Ace Handyman Services we primarily focus on small projects and punch lists that take anywhere from 2 hours to a full day from start to completion. Here are just a few examples.
In addition, we will undertake bigger jobs that can be broken down into a series of smaller projects. A “bathroom refresh” for example, may include a combination of demolition, repairing the drywall, installing new trim molding, painting, installing a new sink and vanity, mounting new towel bars, hanging a mirror, replacing light and plumbing fixtures, installing new flooring and replacing the toilet.
We do not do design work or source products. There are just too many options and choices. However, we love working with homeowners, decorators, and interior designers to execute their designs and install products that they have sourced. We’re happy to pick up larger items at Ace Hardware or another retailer for you.
We do not do projects that typically require a local building permit, like running new electrical circuits, adding plumbing lines, installing a new HVAC system or building a room addition.
