Andy Grant is a proud 3rd generation Ace Hardware retailer carrying on the family business that his grandfather started in Norwich, Connecticut in 1912. Having run a successful Ace Handyman Services location in Charleston, South Carolina for over three years, he is excited to bring AHS to serve customers in his home state of Connecticut.
A lifelong resident of New London, Andy can think of no better place to make a home than along the shoreline of Connecticut!

Destiny has been part of the AHS CT Shoreline team since spring 2025 and is the calm, capable force behind the scenes. As a proud mom of six, she brings the same organization, patience, and multitasking magic from home into everything she does at work.
Raised on job sites with a contractor dad and shaped by 13 years in healthcare, Destiny understands that real success comes from hard work, heart, and showing up for others. She loves supporting the team and helping turn customers’ ideas into reality, all while keeping operations running smoothly.
When she’s off the clock, Destiny is in full Mom mode—creating memories with her family through crafts, music, outdoor adventures, and plenty of laughs.
She believes in treating people with respect and empowering others to build a strong future for themselves and the next generation.

With a core background in disaster remediation, flooring, demolition, and full-scale rebuilding projects, he brings precision, reliability, and craftsmanship to every job. Justin takes great pride in working with his hands and transforming a customer's vision into a reality they can be proud of.
Beyond his technical skillset, Justin is deeply passionate about supporting individuals with special needs, mental illness, and PTSD. His compassion and patience guide his work and interactions, making him an asset both on the job site and in the community.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling with his family, especially visiting national parks and exploring new landscapes. A fun fact that always surprises people-he has been playing the bass guitar since the age of 12.
Justin lives by a simple but powerful mantra: "If you don't ask, the answer is always no."

Nathan Waters brings a strong work ethic, hands-on expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others to every project he takes on. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete, Nathan developed discipline and teamwork through years of playing baseball, soccer, and basketball. His love for staying active continues today through skiing, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and exploring the outdoors.
Nathan earned his business degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and has gained valuable experience working with well-known organizations such as Coca-Cola and the Delamar Hotel Collective. These roles helped shape his customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
With a core strength in problem-solving and repairing issues around homes and hospitality spaces, Nathan takes pride in tackling challenges head-on and finding practical, lasting solutions. He especially enjoys work that makes a positive impact—leaving clients satisfied and confident in the results.
Originally born in Norfolk, Virginia, Nathan was raised in Groton, Connecticut. He comes from a proud military family, with his father serving 21 years in the U.S. Navy—a background that helped instill values of dedication, integrity, and perseverance.
