After renovating multiple homes and maintaining waterfront properties around the Chesapeake Bay, he saw an opportunity to provide homeowners with dependable handyman and home repair services backed by professionalism, transparent pricing, and strong customer service.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Donald boating, fishing, and enjoying life on the Chesapeake Bay.

General Manager
Stacey brings a background in marketing, communications, and customer service to Ace Handyman Services, helping keep projects, schedules, and homeowner communication running smoothly behind the scenes. Affectionately known as “StACE Handyman Services,” she enjoys staying involved in painting and home improvement projects and has a true appreciation for the craftsmanship that goes into maintaining and improving a home.
When she’s not coordinating schedules or helping customers, you’ll often find her enjoying life around the Chesapeake Bay with HGTV playing in the background.

Customer Service Representative
Jailyn is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when calling Ace Handyman Services. With a background in HVAC service coordination, bath installation support, and warehouse operations, she brings valuable trade knowledge and strong organizational skills to helping keep our craftsmen and customers on track.
Known for her positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed, Jailyn also gave us our very first “Ace Handyman baby,” making her a special part of our company family.
