J. Tom Glenn
Franchise Owner
Tom has served as President of Elder's Ace Hardware since 1992. He served on the national Board of Directors of Ace Hardware Corporation for 12 years, including five years as the corporation's Chairman. Tom is a graduate of the University of Georgia and Duke University, where he received his MBA. Tom is actively engaged in many southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia organizations and has served on the Board of Directors for a number of those local organizations. Tom considers the time he spent working with his now-deceased father, Elder, as his most priceless training. His father's core values and principles are the foundation of Elder's Ace Hardware and Elder's Ace Handyman Services.
Dewey Esquinance
Director of Leadership & Home Services
Dewey has been a dedicated member of the Elder’s team for over 30 years, currently serving as the Director of Leadership & People Development for Elder’s Ace Hardware and the Director of Home Services for Elder’s Ace Handyman Services. He began his career in Cleveland and has remained actively engaged in his church community throughout his professional journey. With a passion for leaving a legacy of leadership, Dewey is deeply committed to fostering growth and development within his teams and family. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he prioritizes time spent with his family, closely following his faith. Dewey enjoys camping, hiking, biking, and long-distance running with his family, embodying his belief in the importance of balance and strong, supportive relationships.

Haley joined Elder's Ace Handyman Services in 2024. She's majoring in Education and, in her free time, participates in worship at a local church while pursuing her musical passions. With a heart for helping others, Haley believes this job gives her the perfect opportunity to make a difference.
Keith Bates
Lead Craftsman
Keith has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. He is highly skilled in tile work, general carpentry, flooring, and light electrical. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing. Keith is very family oriented and loves spending time with his wife, children, and two grandchildren. He is excited to serve the Cleveland Community by joining Elder’s Ace Handyman Services.
Curtis Baker
Craftsman
Curtis has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry where he has gained expertise in multiple trades. Curtis is highly skilled in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs. Before his time in the skilled trades, he studied to become an EMT where he honed his problem-solving skills. In his spare time, Curtis enjoys being outdoors either fishing or biking with his wife.
Lance Kenney
Craftsman
Lance brings several years of experience in the plumbing industry and is also highly skilled in electrical work, drywall repair, and woodworking. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his two dogs or relaxing on the lake with friends and family. Lance is eager to serve the community in any way he can.
