Lindsay is an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with over 24 years of experience, specializing in enhancing the quality of life for older adults. As a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (CAPS), Lindsay is dedicated to improving Activities of Daily Living and modifying home environments to ensure safety, accessibility, and independence for seniors. Combining her extensive background in occupational therapy with her expertise in business operations, Lindsay co-owns and operates Ace Handyman Services (Traverse City and Gaylord), and Capable At Home Specialists. Through these ventures, Lindsay offers consultations, comprehensive assessments, and recommendations for home modifications. Lindsay grew up in Michigan and currently lives in the area with her husband, three children, and three dogs.

Assistant General Manager
Jessi is a proud mother of four daughters and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters. Born and raised in Traverse City, she comes from a large, close-knit family with deep ties to the local community. With over two decades of experience, Jessi has worn many hats—managing events like “Concerts on the Lawn,” coordinating volunteers, organizing fundraisers, and stepping in wherever needed, from IT and MDS to therapy services. She retired from Grand Traverse Pavilions, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and versatility. Jessi’s roots run deep in the racing world, having grown up at the racetrack working on cars and racecars. That passion continues as she actively supports her youngest daughter in racing, taekwondo, volleyball, cheerleading, violin, choir, and honors classes. Whether she’s cheering at a race, relaxing by the lake, or spending quality time with her family, Jessi’s life is filled with energy, love, and community spirit.

Office Manager
Stephen brings over 18 years of diverse professional experience spanning office administration, customer service, and manufacturing. With four years in office administration, he has developed strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills that keep operations running smoothly. He also has over 10 years of customer service experience, with a large portion of that time spent in the home service industry, where he built a reputation for reliability, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, Stephen has four years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, giving him a well-rounded perspective and a strong work ethic. Known for being reliable, adaptable, and driven, he takes pride in his ability to learn quickly and tackle new challenges with confidence. Stephen is always eager to grow, contribute, and take on new opportunities that expand his skillset while adding value to any organization.

Customer Service Representative
Sophia is a proud Traverse City native, born and raised in the local community she continues to call home. With a professional background in the hospitality industry, she brings a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to every interaction.
Sophia values supporting local businesses and enjoys spending her free time exploring Northern Michigan’s natural beauty. Whether she’s hiking area trails, soaking in the outdoors, or discovering a new favorite dish or coffee spot, she embraces everything the region has to offer. Coming from a large Traverse City family, she has deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for connecting with others.
Her local knowledge and dedication to helping people make her a valued part of the Ace Handyman Services team.

Apprentice
Our apprentice Everett, who is going into his Junior year of High School, has been hands-on in the trades for the past three years, working alongside his dad whenever he’s not in school. Balancing his passion for IT and gaming, he also operates a small landscaping business and cares for his three dogs. His dedication, both to learning the trades and growing his technical skills, makes him a valuable part of our team.
