Scott is a seasoned construction professional with nearly four decades of experience. Starting his journey early in his teenage years, Scott has dedicated his life to the craft of construction. He now proudly owns and operates his own construction and general contracting company, specializing in high-end custom homes that reflect quality, integrity, and attention to detail.
Beyond the job site, Scott is an avid outdoorsman who loves hiking, canyoneering, and dirt biking, finding adventure in almost every corner of Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, and California. There probably isn't a trail in the Bear Lake area he hasn't ridden on two wheels. He's been married for several decades and is the proud father of four wonderful children, one of whom is married and has two kids of her own—making Scott a hands-on dad and a proud grandparent.
Scott is also deeply committed to mentoring youth, serving as a trusted leader and role model in his community. With natural leadership skills, a great sense of humor, and a genuine love for people, he brings a balanced blend of craftsmanship, adventure, and heart to everything he does.

Known for his steady leadership and hands-on approach, Perry combines craftsmanship with problem-solving skills shaped by experience in construction, IT, and sales.
Outside of work, Perry is an avid outdoorsman who loves dirt biking, hiking, and canyoneering, and is happiest exploring trails, mountains, and canyons whenever he gets the chance. He has also dedicated much of his life to working with youth, serving as a trusted leader and mentor—especially throughout his married life.

He has been married since 1994 and is the proud father of two teenage boys, one of whom is preparing to graduate from high school (which is adding a new chapter of family milestones). With a blend of leadership, adaptability, and genuine care for people, Perry brings reliability, warmth, and dedication to everything he does.
