Franchise Owner
Our franchise owner, Cason Grover, is a long-time Middle Tennessee resident, with approximately 28 years of corporate experience, including consulting and automotive. Most of his time was spent in product planning and marketing roles, learning about customers and how to meet their needs with the best possible products and technologies. This means he always thinks about and values the needs of customers in all situations. Outside of work, Cason enjoys time with family, including his two children.
Randy Cousin
Craftsman
Randy has worked in construction and maintenance most of his life, starting in family businesses. He has more than 30 years of total experience including everything from drywall and painting to roofing to operating heavy equipment. Most recently, he worked as an independant handyman before joining Ace Handyman Services Murfreesboro. Randy can tackle just about any type of home or commercial project.
Ann Morris
Office Manager
Our Office Manager, Ann Morris, is a native of Murfreesboro and has 15-plus years in office management experience. This includes previously helping a company open from the ground up. She has been involved in customer service for the last 20 years. In her free time, she loves being around her two teenage daughters, attending their plays and softball games, and being a mom.
