Paula Post is our General Manager at Ace Handyman Services and oversees headquarters operations. She plays an integral role by ensuring our craftsman and customer service team have everything they need to succeed. With 15+ years of administration experience under her belt, she runs our office like a clock. An adventurous spirit, Paula spends her free time with her family going on trips around the country to visit national parks. When not traveling, she spends her weekends at the beach or in a high-stakes board game with anyone willing to challenge her.

With over 30 years of experience as a professional craftsman, Charles brings exceptional skill and pride to every project he completes. He specializes in detailed trim work and crown molding, where his precision and artistry truly stand out.
Originally from Fort Walton Beach, Charles is known not only for his craftsmanship but also for his positive spirit and ability to lift others up—he’s a true encourager on and off the job. When he’s not working, Charles enjoys studying, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on his favorite football teams.

With over 30 years of experience in the skilled trades, Ray brings deep expertise and reliability to every project. Specializing in painting, flooring, and drywall, he takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail that clients can count on.
Originally from Wisconsin, Ray carries a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach into everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and football, making the most of their downtime with activities he loves. He's also a dedicated parent to three kids, balancing family life with a strong commitment to his career.
In addition to his professional work, he gives back to the community by helping set up wedding events on weekends, supporting others during some of life’s most meaningful moments.

Office Manager
Marissa is one of our Office Manager. She is always ready to help our clients find the right package to get their projects taken care of. She is a "sneakerhead" owning more sneakers than there are work days in the year! She brings fun to our team and a great deal of sales knowledge from previous job opportunities. In her free time, Marissa plays co-ed softball, gardens, is an avid reader (in a book club) and is planning for her next Disney adventure. She also has two sweet pups, Roxy the Frenchie, and Sir Fredrick, the Italian Greyhound. She is a great addition to our team and is ready to help us take on your next project.

With 20 years of experience in marketing, Valerie brings a creative eye and strategic mindset to every project. Her talents in photography, graphic design, and artistry allow her to craft visually compelling content that connects with audiences and strengthens brand identity.
Originally from Ohio and raised in Florida since the age of five, she blends a grounded perspective with vibrant, creative energy. Outside of her marketing expertise, she also serves as our part-time Customer Service Representative, supporting the team during the busiest parts of each day. She plays a key role in booking jobs and assisting customers with their upcoming and ongoing projects, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, hiking, and photography, often drawing inspiration from nature and new places. At home, she’s kept busy by her four Yorkies, who bring plenty of personality and joy to her daily life.
