Kevin Jenkins is the President and Owner of McKinleyville Ace Home & Garden Center and Ace Handyman Services North Coast. A lifelong Humboldt County resident, Kevin has worked in the hardware industry since he was 14 years old, beginning his career at Larry's Market before joining Hensel's Hardware in 1986. After working his way from sales associate to store manager, he opened McKinleyville Ace Home & Garden Center in 1996. His lifelong passion for building, home improvement, and customer service continues to shape the business today.
Beyond the store, Kevin is deeply committed to the Humboldt County community. An active Rotarian for more than three decades, he has served in numerous leadership roles and continues to support local youth programs. Throughout his career, Kevin has received multiple Ace Hardware leadership and community service awards, including annual recognition as one of Ace Hardware's top retailers. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending time at his family's cabin in Willow Creek, where his passion for hands-on building projects first began.

Service Coordinator
Crystal is the Office Manager for Ace Handyman Services North Coast, where she oversees daily operations and helps keep both customers and craftsmen supported from start to finish. With 17 years of experience in residential and commercial service industries, including a background as a Security Operations Manager, she brings extensive experience in customer service, team management, scheduling, accounting, and day-to-day operations. Whether coordinating craftsmen, managing estimates and work orders, or helping a customer find the right solution for their home, Crystal keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
What Crystal enjoys most about her role is helping turn a customer's initial idea or concern into a completed project while supporting the craftsmen who make it happen. She takes pride in making home repairs feel easier and less overwhelming by ensuring customers feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, dancing, hiking, and exploring the North Coast.
