Phil is an Army veteran with over 20 years of public service. It is his mission to add value to the community by offering you quality home repairs and providing his team of Craftsman jobs with dignity and respect. Phil is a native of Maryland with a diverse background in team leadership, project management, human resources, computer programming, mentoring, teaching, and music. He served in various capacities for the "Old Guard", the Army's premier ceremonial unit. As a Team Leader he has achieved success in many high-profile missions, most notably, Presidential and Congressional State Funerals, White House and Pentagon Arrivals, and Wreath Ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknowns. The Army has instilled in him a pursuit of excellence and a strong commitment to adding value to the lives of others. Phil instills these two values in his team making a perfect fit with the trusted Ace brand. Being a homeowner and handyman himself, he knows the importance of both craftsmanship and trustworthiness when hiring a professional to service your home.

Stacie embodies the Ace ethos of a servant heart, utilizing her years of administrative experience to help solve her customer’s problems, organize her Craftsmen’s schedules, and manage the weekly paperwork of invoices and timecards.
She brings a background in property management and residential painting. Her experience along with her eagerness to bring “Helpful” to Ace customers and fellow team members makes her a valued asset to this organization. In her down time, she enjoys pampering her cute and cuddly fur babies, Damien and David.

Known for his personal moto, “Have a positive Day!”, Ralph is one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call Ace Handyman Services. With years of experience in customer service, office coordination, a background in HVAC and service in the U.S. Navy, Ralph knows how to make every customer feel valued.
He’s known around the office for his positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for helping people solve problems. Whether he’s scheduling a job, following up with a customer, or lending a hand to a teammate, Ralph brings energy and professionalism to everything he does.

Master Craftsman
Jimmy brings over three decades of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, and home improvement to every project. As our Lead Craftsman, he combines expert skill with a friendly, down-to-earth approach that puts homeowners at ease and ensures every job is done right.
Before joining our team, Jimmy was a general contractor working on private and commercial projects. He’s also managed large commercial facilities, giving him a deep understanding of quality, safety, and long-lasting workmanship.
Whether it is a honey-do-list of repairs or a kitchen and bathroom refresh, Jimmy takes pride in treating every home like it’s his own. He provides expert craftsmanship, creative solutions, and exceptional results for his Ace clients!

While Charles has skills in all the trades, he is truly a master carpenter with over 30 years of experience. He excels at door and window replacement both interior and exterior as well as trim and facia repairs. Charles has a kind soul and a gentle heart striving to give his customer world class repairs with the high level of customer service the Ace brand is known for.
