John Green
Franchise Owner
John joined the Ace Handyman team, June 2022, when he purchased the company from its founding owner Steve Langton. He has an extensive background in the business and finance industry, including but not limited to, customer service, compliances, analytics and custom predictive decision. John hails from Fullerton, CA. He and his wife relocated to NWA in search of a better place to raise their 3 sons. They have proudly called Arkansas home and been calling the hogs since 1993. John is a devout Christian and loves to share his passion for God through community outreach and volunteer service projects. He is highly involved with his church community, Antioch Church of NWA.
Steve Langton
Founding Owner
Steve is a native of Western Washington. His company transferred him to Arkansas in 1984, where he met his wife Annette. He left a career in lumber, wood flooring, and millwork manufacturing to open Ace Handyman Services NW Arkansas. His hobbies are backpacking and woodworking.
Tiffany M
General Manager
Tiffany has been a key employee in the office since 2014, and was promoted to Office Manager in 2015, then promoted to General Manager in 2022. She has many years of experience in customer service, insurance, construction and office administration. She enjoys kayaking, darts, camping, and any outdoors activity. She grew up in Fayetteville, where she still resides.
Colton B.
Office Manager
Colton is a native to Northwest Arkansas. He has over 10 years experience in customer service. He also has several years expereince in the construction field. When he's not helping out our wonderful clients, he enjoys hiking, fishing, traveling and spending time with his wife and fur baby!
Jeff R
Craftsman
Jeff has been with Ace Handyman Services since 2009. Jeff hails originally from Iowa, but moved to Arkansas in 1991. He enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time. His construction and remodeling experience ranges over 40 years, and he has special expertise in bath remodeling and tiling. He is also knowledgeable in deck design and construction. He lives with his family in Bella Vista.
David R
Craftsman
David has been a craftsman for Ace Handyman Services since 2015 specializing in trim carpentry and decks. He was born in Los Angeles, but his family moved to Arkansas in 1976. David is a dedicated family man and says his Christian beliefs guide his business activities. He enjoys golf in his spare time, and loves doing projects for clients.
Nathan Y
Craftsman
Nathan is a native of Kansas, where he graduated from high school. He has over 30 years of construction experience, and is a trim carpentry expert. When not doing home improvements, he enjoys woodworking, welding, and riding motorcycles. He hails from Pea Ridge.
Brian D
Craftsman
Brian joined the Ace Handyman team in November 2021. Brian is a native to Rogers, AR. Him and his wife still reside there. Brian has always worked in construction since high school. He built a few houses in NWA and several remodels before joining our team. Brian enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding and live music. Brian excels at all aspects of carpentry, but truly enjoys tile projects. He can really showcase his talents on them.
Cameron G
Estimator
Cameron has been with Ace Handyman Services since 2022. Cameron has 8 years of serving commercial customers in low voltage network cabling, where he was called upon to buildout commercial network environments. He has years of service as both a technician and project lead. His passions include woodworking and use of alternative construction materials. His knowledge as a project lead will serve him well in advancing of the estimation process for Ace Handyman Services of NWA. Cameron has resided in NWA since 1993 and calls it home.
Tim J.
Craftsman
Tim joined our team March 2023. Tim grew up in Bentonville. He grew up with his dad remodeling homes. He specializes in wood work and minor electrical. He enjoys timber framing and building with large beams. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors with family.
John Riggs
Craftsman
John joined our team in May 2025. With nearly 29 years of experience in construction, John has worked across various trades involved in building and remodeling homes. He takes great pride in transforming spaces and finds fulfillment in perfecting his clients' homes. Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, fishing, and cherishing quality time with his beautiful wife.
Derek B.
Apprentice
Derek joined our team April 2026. Derek was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. Before joining Ace, Derek was a craftsman building custom furniture. He has 10 years of experience with demolition, woodworking/carpentry, flooring, general home improvement, and handyman skills. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, riding side by sides, hunting and spending time at Beaver lake with family.

Jason joined our team April 2026. He brings 13 years experience in construction and water damage restoration. He takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, reliability and attention to detail on every project. Outside of work, Jason values spending time with his wife and two children. He enjoys family walks, barbecues, and making lasting memories together.
