Jess brings over 13 years of experience in recruitment, where she developed a deep understanding of people, relationships, and what it takes to help others succeed. Together, Joe and Jess are raising two energetic boys who keep them constantly on their toes. Whether it’s fall Saturdays watching Husker football, cheering for the Minnesota Vikings on Sundays, or spending time outdoors and on the family farm, they embrace their Midwestern roots with pride.
