With 10+ years of executive support experience across corporate, nonprofit, and ministry settings, she excels at keeping operations running smoothly while building strong relationships with customers, craftsmen, and community partners. Known for her organization, integrity, and ability to anticipate needs, she streamlines processes, supports leadership, and ensures every homeowner feels valued. Outside the office, she’s actively involved in her local community and church, where she’s known for her compassion, reliability, and heart for serving others.

With over three decades in construction and remodeling, I’ve built a career on precision, craftsmanship, and customer care. From owning a successful deck and remodeling company for 30 years to managing cabinet installation across 4,000 new homes, I’ve handled everything from design and estimating to repairs, quality control, and homeowner service. My experience spans custom decks, additions, framing, cabinetry, woodworking, and complex remodels. I’m skilled in sales, project management, problem‑solving, and leading teams in the field. Whether designing a custom inlay or ensuring flawless cabinet installs, I bring expertise, creativity, and pride to every project.

Richard built his career from the ground up, starting in service‑focused roles where reliability, hard work, and customer care were essential. After early experience at Sam’s Club Tire & Battery and as a mechanic’s apprentice, he spent 16 years as a trusted shift leader for multiple Dunkin’ Donuts franchises, honing leadership and problem‑solving skills. He later added nearly two years of delivery work before transitioning into the trades full‑time. Over three years with a competitor, Richard expanded his expertise in home maintenance, repair, and restoration. Today, he brings a strong service mindset and hands‑on skillset to every project.

Craftsman
Experienced journeyman carpenter and licensed home inspector with 15+ years in residential and commercial construction. Skilled in custom cabinetry, precision carpentry, and full‑scope projects from rough framing to detailed finish work. Background includes commercial fit‑outs, custom stair installations, and decades of self‑employed craftsmanship, including building custom kitchens and cabinetry. OSHA‑10 certified with additional expertise in welding, fabrication, and technical blueprint interpretation. Currently contracted with the State of New Hampshire to inspect manufactured homes, bringing a strong eye for detail, safety, and code compliance. Dedicated to delivering high‑quality workmanship, clear communication, and reliable results across every job site.

Head of Security
Meet Toby, our 4-year-old Maltese with a heart full of fluff and a bark that takes its job very seriously. He’s the sweetest little greeter once you’re inside, but anything unfamiliar near the house earns an enthusiastic vocal review—delivery drivers, mail carriers, unknown dogs, and the occasional suspicious squirrel all get the full Toby treatment.
Toby fancies himself Chief Barking Officer and takes security very personally. He patrols the perimeter from the couch, issues polite but persistent warnings from the window, and then rewards himself with a nap like a job well done. If you need a tiny, determined alarm system that doubles as a cuddle machine, he’s your guy.
When he’s off duty he’s all tail wags and lap naps—loves belly rubs, stolen socks, and pretending he didn’t just eat the crumb on the floor. Other dog owners will recognize the look: equal parts proud protector and soft-hearted goofball.
Say hello next time you stop by—Toby will announce your arrival, inspect your shoes, and then decide whether you pass the sniff test. If you pass, prepare for instant awwws and an immediate new best friend.
Mabel
Food Distribution Officer
Meet Mabel, our 8‑month‑old Shih Tzu who runs the office with a wagging tail and a very specific set of demands. She’s a professional cuddler who will collapse into your lap at the drop of a hat, then immediately audit your pockets for snacks like it’s part of her job description.
Mabel’s motto is “If it’s within reach, it’s fair game.” She samples everything on counters, floors, and mysteriously unattended hands, then gives a tiny, affectionate growl to remind you she’s still on duty and would very much like a treat now. That growl is not menace — it’s a polite but firm request for food, attention, or an urgent walk outside.
Playtime is always on her schedule. She’ll launch into a game at a moment’s notice, zooming from toy to toy with the kind of enthusiasm that makes everyone smile. And when she’s not orchestrating snack distribution or initiating play, she’s glued to Toby, following him around like his biggest fan and offering kisses on demand.
Stop by and say hello — Mabel will greet you with a cuddle, a hopeful sniff, and a growl that somehow reads as “feed me, love me, take me out.” Other dog owners will recognize the mix of mischief and sweetness and probably leave with a new best friend.
