The business was born out of their own frustrations during home renovation projects, where finding skilled, trustworthy help was a constant challenge. They saw a real need for a nationally branded solution that offers quality workmanship and transparent pricing—and decided to build it.

With a background in HVAC service coordination, bath installation support, warehouse operations, and her family’s property management business, she understands the fast-paced needs of homeowners, rental properties, and beach communities throughout Lower Slower Delaware.
Known for her positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed, Jailyn has become an important part of our growing team — and even gave us our very first “Ace Handyman baby.”

Duane brings more than 30 years of experience in construction, remodeling, customer service, and home quality assurance to Ace Handyman Services Sussex County. Living near Delaware’s beach communities, he has extensive experience working with coastal homes, vacation properties, condo maintenance, warranty repairs, and year-round home upkeep throughout Sussex County and the surrounding Delmarva area.
Known for his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail, Duane takes pride in helping homeowners and beach property owners keep their homes well maintained, functional, and ready for every season.
