Brian McMahon
Owner
Brian McMahon is an experienced Entrepreneur and Handyman with over 7 years of management experience. He had the incredible opportunity to take over his family's Ace Handyman Services Franchise in 2020 to provide a trusted "Home Ally" to the South Pittsburgh area.
"Trust is earned when actions meet words. Everyone deserves a job done to the highest standard at a fair rate in a reasonable amount of time. That's what we do."
Brian's unique background helped him supersede his goals, aspirations, and true passions. In the last 4 years, he worked with a team to help people reach their health goals with enjoyment and ease. This experience alone taught him the importance of being a leader and a trusted coach.
"As a coach, teaching people how to eat healthily can be challenging. I wish I could do it for them, but that's not how it works. Being a handyman? That's how it works." In between each endeavor, he pursued his passion for small remodels, building furniture, or simply fixing household items.
"I'm a weird guy; I get excited when something breaks so I can fix it. When I was approached for the opportunity to serve people differently, it was a no brainer." Working with his uncle any chance he could, Brian realized not everyone works as hard, provides a fair price, and delivers a result that lasts. It's unfortunate, but this became his opportunity to show others there is a trusted Home Ally, and it's Ace Handyman Services South Pittsburgh.
Patrick Y.

Pat has been a part of the Ace Handyman Services team since April 2014. Before joining the Ace Handyman Services team, Pat owned and operated a door and window installation business for over 17 years. He is an expert in carpentry & also has over 40 years of experience in the various trades including drywall, plumbing, painting, flooring, electrical, ceramic tile, remodeling, Wedi certified for bathroom installations, and more. He is truly our jack of all trades! When he is not working, he enjoys training his award-winning dogs with his wife.
Tammy W.
Office Manager
Tammy has been with Ace Handyman Services since April 2014 and is an integral part of the team. She is responsible for customer support, scheduling, and numerous managerial tasks. She enjoys communicating with our customers and scheduling their projects. Tammy ensures everything in our office runs smoothly and that our customers are satisfied. With a B.A. in Psychology from Pitt and previous experience as a real estate agent, she is well versed in listening to homeowners needs and has a great deal of knowledge about the homes in our area. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her other interests include reading, vacationing, and having fun!
David F.
Craftsman
David has been a member of the Ace Handyman Services team since April 2015. He is a very talented carpenter and has created custom shelving units, entertainment stands, a custom bar, and decorative displays of trim moldings for many of our customers. David also specializes in troubleshooting and completing electrical installations. He has over 40 years of experience in all of the trades, including carpentry, custom carpentry, electrical, drywall, plumbing, painting, and more. He is truly a multi-skilled Craftsman and a valued member of the Ace Handyman Services team. When he is not working, he enjoys cooking and trying new restaurants with his family and friends.
Steve M.
Craftsman
Steve joined Ace Handyman Services in September 2022 and is a seasoned pro in flooring, drywall, texturing, painting, and carpentry. He loves the fulfillment of helping homeowners improve their quality of life. In his spare time, Steve volunteers at his daughter’s school events, especially with the band and football games. Married with two kids, he’s always ready to lend a hand.

Dan joined Ace Handyman Services in May 2025, bringing a strong background in construction with a focus on finish carpentry. He loves that each job is a unique puzzle to solve, which keeps things fresh and interesting. When he’s off the clock, Dan enjoys hiking with his dog and spending time with his wife and two kids, one in high school and one in college.
Larry W.
Craftsman
Larry joined Ace Handyman Services in August 2025 and brings over 40 years of hands-on experience. His expertise spans plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry, including everything from bathroom remodels to breaker panels. Larry grew up working alongside his dad and later spent two decades in the steel industry before returning to his passion for handyman work. Outside of work, he’s a big soccer and hockey fan and loves coming home to his three dogs, two Goldendoodles and a Shih Tzu, and spending time with his big family of five kids.
