As General Manager, Suchitra oversees daily operations, client relations, scheduling, and team management. She ensures every customer interaction reflects the Ace standard and that every technician feels supported and valued. Her teaching background means she's naturally invested in training and development-she sees her role as enabling her team to succeed.
