Originally from the Midwest, Jason and his family moved to the Tri-Cities region in early 2019. After spending four years in the region, he and his family fell in love with the geography and distinct character of the Tri-Cities. He worked for 20+ in the coatings industry in various roles and regions throughout the United States. His experience is rooted in building customer-facing solutions, collaborative teams as well as a culture built on trust, communication, and diversity. Jason holds a strong passion for building awareness and growth within the skilled trades arena; specifically in educating younger adults about the skills, opportunities, and importance of all crafts within the Skilled Trades environment. His vision is to not only serve the community through providing an exceptional home repair experience, but also through advocacy and stewardship of the skilled trades industry via classroom engagement in the secondary and post-secondary educational environment to help build career paths for individuals of all ability levels.
Jason, his wife Julie and their two children James and Madelyn enjoy traveling, being outdoors and engaging in the local community. When time permits, Jason and his wife enjoy live music and traveling to different venues throughout the United States to watch various artists perform.
Jason’s passion for the small home repair sector was fueled by his years spent engaging with and learning from various professional contractors through the country and recognizing the gap that exists within the small projects and repair space. Mara is a proud Tri-City native. After moving away to the big city after high school, she moved back to the area a little over 10 years ago with her family. She has been in the customer service industry in one form or another for over 20 years. Mara loves to help others and make new connections.
Mara has also been a strong advocate for individuals with special needs ever since her own son was diagnosed with autism in 2001. She’s deeply passionate about being a voice for those who need it and making sure they not only are included but their voices are heard. For many years she was a chairman for Autism Speak Walks in the Puget sound.
She has been married to her husband Rocky for 26 years and they are blessed with not only 3 amazing kids, Briana, Alex and Camy, but 3 awesome grandbabies, Delilah, Henry and Sarah. In their free time, Mara and Rocky love to attend rock concerts, Mariners and Seahawk games. GO HAWKS!!! At least once a year, Mara makes it a priority to stick her toes in the ocean. The beach is her happy place and favorite spot to reflect and recharge.

Having spent years in differnt professions, Kyle brings a diverse skill-set to the table. He is naturally a problem solver and enjoys finding creative and expert ways to help individuals update and updgrade their home. Having a background in Home Remodeling and Construction, Kyle has a knack for analyzing a situation and visualizing a solution to the challenge at hand.
When not solving problems for customers, Kyle spends his time with family and friends. In addition to his family, Kyle enjoys hunting and has a record Elk hunt under his belt. He also enjoys working on personal home projects and listening to vinyl records.

When Kyle is not helping our clients maintain their property he enjoys time spent with his family as well as camping and traveling.
