The grout in your tile needs regular attention to prevent water damage and mold.

1. Find a good sealer from Ace Hardware that’s easy to apply
2. Don’t rush it! (Make sure the grout is dry and clean before you move to the next step)
3. Spray the sealer and allow the grout to absorb
4. After 3-5 minutes, wipe excess away
5. Dry for 1 hour
6. Repeat steps 1-5 three more times
7. After 3 hours, test an area by putting water droplets on the grout. If it beads up, it’s properly sealed. If it doesn’t, wipe away and apply more sealer, allow it to dry, and you’re done.

1. Remove old hardware from the door
2. Install the bolt into the door
3. Place the keypad on the outside of the door and feed the wires through the door towards the inside
4. Place the back plate on the inside of the door
5. Connect the wires
6. Slip the back of the device to the door and tighten screws to lock it in place
7. Give it a test run (but make sure to leave your back door unlocked in case something goes wrong!)
